Ingredients for Cheesecake Factory's Key Lime Cheesecake Clone Recipe

1 3/4 cups Graham Cracker crumbs
5 tablespoons Butter, melted
1 cup + 1 tablespoon Sugar
3 8oz. packages Cream Cheese, softened
1 teaspoons Vanilla
1/2 cup fresh Lime Juice (about 5 limes) or 1/4 cup key lime juice (about 3 key limes)
3 Eggs
Whipped Cream

How to make the Key Lime Cheesecake Crust:

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Combine crumbs, butter and 1 tablespoon sugar in a bowl. Stir well to to coat all crumbs. Keep it crumbly.

4. Bake crust for 5 minutes and set aside.
